Do-It-Yourself Healing
Logistics: Live beginning April 16, 2010 and continuing on the first and third Friday of the month at 8:30 pm ET. Participants may purchase the live sessions (which include the recording and notes afterwards) and/or recordings of programs they miss. The full series of 12 - live and/or recorded - is also available, at a discount.
Appropriate for: Those beginning to explore self-healing using energy medicine and wanting the physiological, psychological, practical and spiritual understanding they need to accomplish this.
Through these classes participants can expect to learn:
Principles of holistic wellness and healing (including customized nutrition and exercise advice, some of which may surprise you!)
- The language of the body and dis-ease
How to uncover - and heal - the root cause(s) of your symptom or issue
Simple, direct means to communicate with your body and consciousness at the deepest levels
Why we get drained by our life experiences and how to not only stop the leaks but even reverse the flow of energy, so that daily life and interactions make you feel better and better.
How to relax, deeply and completely, in a minute or less
Why the heart has been called the natural ruler of your being and why Ellen's slogan is "To love is all you need."
How to make healing use of your breath, awareness, chakras, meridians, movement, emotions and thoughts
Ways to enlist the wisdom of your body, the power of your heart and the guidance of your soul to produce fast, effective, permanent healing
- The basis (concepts and skills) of such healing modalities as The Healing Codes, Reconnective Healing, Meridian Tapping, ETHOS, Immunics, acupressure and more
- The real spiritual meaning of the healing process and how to move through it more quickly and easily, in the process releasing shame, blame, guilt, grief, anger and fear

Sacred Passage
Logistics: Live, ongoing, on Wednesdays at 10 am or 8 pm ET, with a 3-month minimum required commitment. The program is purchased by subscription, which may be canceled any time after the first three months have passed, as long as the group is notified during the month preceding the withdrawal.
Appropriate for: Those who are fairly advanced in their spiritual and personal awareness and have some knowledge of specific skills they can use for self-healing and personal growth, who desire the input, feedback and support of a coach and conscious community.
This healing and coaching group does not have a specific curriculum and will follow the needs and desires of participants. It includes a meditation of the month, ad hoc teaching as called for and immediate, interactive processing.
The investment for Sacred Passage is US$96 per month.
Circle of Support
Logistics: Live, ongoing, twice a month, on the second and fourth Mondays at 3:30 pm or Tuesdays at 8:30 pm ET, with these times subject to change according to members' needs. Additionally, other sessions will be added as the group size grows. The first month of this program will be gifted to you. Contact Ellen to arrange to receive it. Afterwards you may either pay for the program or gift it to someone else - applying the "pay it forward" idea - which allows you to receive the program for free AND makes you eligible to receive cash gifts.
Appropriate for: Those wanting affordable, informal personal assistance, on any level, with their healing process.
This group can be thought of as a healing help desk combined with a supportive spiritual community. Individuals are free to ask questions or request assistance with issues; Ellen will respond intuitively with hellpful information, coaching, energy and love; and other members of the group will "borrow benefits" from the sharings of others. Occasionally guided meditations, other processes and spiritual teachings will be offered to the group as a whole.
Healing Codes (without purchase of a manual)
This offering includes basic instructions in The Healing codes plus the number of custom codes you choose (1, 4 or 8) The first session is one-half hour long; subsequent sessions are up to 15 minutes.
Healing Codes (for existing clients)
This is for clients who either have purchased a Healing Codes digital manual without custom coding or a complete package (and now wish to purchase additional custom codes), or who have worked with me previously on the Healing Codes. Sessions will last up to 15 minutes and may occasionally include other processes.
Coaching (or Healing Codes plus additional coaching)

Logistics: Recorded program in 47, 90-minute segments. Also includes a monthly half-hour of live time with Ellen (either privately or in a group, depending on enrollment each month).
Appropriate for: Those wanting a more structured version of Sacred Passage in the form of a full year-long course covering the four dimensions of human experience - physical, emotional, and spiritual - as applied to the various aspects of life (health, relationships, career, manifestation, etc.).

Logistics: Live, three times per month over three months, beginning in May, 2010, times TBD.
