Celebrating the Heart class
The recording starts about 10 minutes into the call. What you missed (if you were not on the live call) are the following pieces by Alice and Ellen:

Alice:
"Thank you for joining our class this evening. We are grateful that you have taken this time to be available for this call out of what must be a very busy schedule. We are recording this call this evening to make it available to attendees and those that wanted to be here but missed it.

"I wanted to briefly tell you about the three of us, Ellen Kratka, Elaine Williams, and Alice Buehring. We met through the Healing Codes and are all Healing Codes Practitioners. In addition, we each have private practices utilizing various techniques including leading edge energy medicine. We were guided to come together and teach. And this is the first of many classes we plan to offer together. There will be opportunities to talk as well as Q & A at the end of this call if any of you want to know more specifics about our backgrounds.

"Please have the two downloadable forms that you were sent available as we do this call. One is the Stress Relief CODE which you received today, Monday. And the other is the form that says Values, Beliefs & Behaviors, which should have arrived with the original email telling you how to get on to the call."

Ellen:
"Everyone wrote in a stressor. Some people wrote about stressors specific to the holidays - like gift shopping, not enough time, feeling overwhelmed, not having enough money or not being able to spend the holidays with family. Others gave us the top stressors affecting their lives right now - like trying to stay healthy, not being able to make career decisions, worry about big changes coming up personally and in the world, trying to quit smoking, etc. Even though our focus tonight is on the holidays, what we teach you can be applied to any stressor, so as we do the various processes tonight, think about how those feelings and thoughts will shift as you apply what you're learning.
"The basis of tonight's class is the belief that Alice, Elaine and myself hold that we create our external reality out of our internal state. That's worth repeating: WE CREATE OUR EXTERNAL REALITY OUT OF OUR INTERNAL STATE. Although most people on the call have probably heard that concept before, when we're stressed we tend toforget it, and we tend to see our stress is being caused by external events and circumstances. The truth, however, is that we have the power to shift what we experience and how we experienceimmediately just by shifting our internal state. And that's what we'll be showing you how to do tonight. We'll also be giving you a wonderful basis for making new choices about what you engage in to help keep the stress levels down."
Also, at the end of the call Ellen forgot to turn off the recording. The class actually ends when everyone says goodbye, so you can stop listening then.
